For more than a decade, worked indirectly with returning citizens, reviewing grants for training programs that directly impacted and benefitted returning citizens. Score and rate grantee applications for DOL's (Department of Labor) Employment and Training Administration to fund sustainable training programs for America's young adults (18-24 years of age), veterans, and long-term unemployed.

Worked directly with federal offenders by providing employment services. Certified as an Offender Workforce Development Specialist, ensured the successful transition of federal offenders into sustainable employment. Published a self-help guide for returning citizens. 

More than 15 years experience in the public sector, and as recent as 2020-2022, served small businesses all over the country with disaster loan relief. 

Over a decade experience writing and re-writing policy to help companies remain current of local, state and federal laws; create SOPs to guide employees within departments.

Positive track record of assisting with resolving civil disputes (small claims, debt collections, employment, housing, real estate, HOA, etc.) through ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution)/mediation. Mediate  civil cases for both Dallas and Harris County from 2022-present. One hundred percent (100%) in-person success rate.

Compliance and investigative professional with experience in both state and federal law. Investigate violations of civil rights laws (EEO - Title VII, ADA- Title II, and Title VI). Worked special projects concerning The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN). Other areas of compliance experience includes Department of Transportation - passenger-carrying, consumer finance and credit reporting, and Small Business Administration loan programs.
